Movie Night #3

They don't run the fastest. They don't jump the highest. But they sure are getting the last laugh. Heavyweights. They never met a hot dog they didn't like... until now.
  • What is it about: Jerry, an overweight pre-teen, is sent to a "fat farm" for the summer, lured by the promise of go-karts and swimming fun. When he arrives, however, he finds that the camp has been bought out by an exercise/fitness guru whose mental stability quickly deteriorates. Jerry and his friends--including a counselor who has been there for 18 years--finally make a stand. (100 min. Rated PG.)
  • Why: It's better than what you'd expect. This family movie keeps away from standard Disney cliches. And it's worth watching just to see Ben Stiller in a very "familiar" role.
  • When: Saturday, November 12, 2005 at 9:00pm.
  • Where: Here, as always.
  • Who: Some people seem to be confused about who's "invited" or "not invited" so let me make it clear to you numbskulls: ANYONE CAN COME. I don't personally hand out invitations to anyone. I just announce it on here. If you're reading this, YOU CAN COME. Clear? Crystal.
