It wasn't that long ago when I was sitting in four job interviews with Best Buy, bumbling and twiddling and toe-curling into their yes-profit organization. Now I'm working as a part-timer with full-time hours, making decent money and giving it right back to them with purchases of DVDs, CDs, and games (oh my). They had me work two overnight shifts (midnight 'til 8 in the morning) this week. As our GM would say, "GOOD TIMES!" It wasn't that bad, actually. I had Thrice and "Feel Good Inc." and "Welcome to the Jungle" pumping up both nights.
On a side note, the guitar intro to "Welcome to the Jungle" is in my top 5 intros of all time. The other four are filled by Kelly Clarkson.
Watched KISS KISS, BANG BANG last night and loved it. Although I recommend everyone to just wait a few months since I'll screen it for Movie Night. One, it's free. Two, you don't have to deal with jackasses at the theater. Which reminds me, I'm this close to quitting movies at the theater. I enjoy them so much more in the comfort of my own home. Time to start up a plasma TV fund.
