Don't Piss Off Batman
The second interview didn't go well either. It was supposed to be at 11am, but appparently it was a big day at the store because the CEO of the company had come to visit, and the person that was supposed to interview me (Myra, the supervisor for the cashiers/customer service) had to go to a meeting with him. It was only supposed to take about 20 minutes but I ended up waiting about an hour and a half. Since the meeting was going long, they got someone else to interview me - David, the supervisor for the computer department.
He actually asked a lot of the same questions that were already asked at my first interview, so I was more prepared and I gave good answers. But he didn't seem too pleased or impressed. And he kept looking around and winking at the female employees that walked by. What the eff. At the end, he told me that "if" I'm the type of person they're looking for, that they'll contact me by Monday for the third and final interview. That wasn't a good sign, either. I think they usually tell you right away if you have a third interview. So all signs point to me not getting hired.
Well, at least I tried.
